Refund Policy

Because LYNN Code Academy provides immediate access to digital course content, refunds are granted only in specific situations:

  • You purchased the wrong plan and contact us within 24 hours.
  • Technical issues prevent you from accessing your content, and our team cannot fix it within 3 business days.
  • You have completed less than 20% of the course.

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, forgetting to cancel, or after significant course progress. To request a refund, email: support@lynnacademy.com | cruegirl1975@icloud.com.

Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy

LYNN Code Academy does not ship physical products. All course content is delivered digitally.

  • Course access is activated instantly after successful payment.
  • Login details and access links are emailed immediately.
  • If access does not arrive within 10 minutes, check spam or contact us at support@lynnacademy.com | cruegirl1975@icloud.com.

Return Policy

Since all learning materials are digital, traditional returns are not applicable. Instead, we review accounts for:

  • Incorrect plan activation
  • Duplicate purchases
  • Accidental purchases (reported within 24–48 hours)

Cancellation Policy

Students may cancel their subscription at any time from their dashboard or via the Stripe billing portal.

  • Cancellation is effective immediately.
  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • No future payments will be charged unless you reactivate.
